We are a boutique operation with two barns on 20 beautiful acres in the Cummings Valley between Bakersfield and Mojave. Each pen is about a quarter acre with a 12 x 12 matted stall. The pens are constructed out of Electro - Braid, the safest horse fence we have found. There are multiple turn outs of 1/2 - 2 acres each.
Our arena is a worked space about 250 x 150 with a 70ft roundpen attached. We also have a groomed track around the property that is great for long trotting, breezing, or a relaxing walk with stunning views.
Temperatures are usually 10 - 15 degrees cooler than the hot San Joaquin in the summer and we get just enough snow in the winter to play in and kill the bugs. Grab a bottle of vino at one our fantastic local wineries on your way in and enjoy a glass on our peaceful slice!

Horses are fed alfalfa unless other arrangements are made. Pens cleaned daily, blankets and fly maks on and off as needed.
Board (full only) - $375
This is not a "boarding facility" We often have an open pen and would consider having a layed up or retired horse in on board.
Full training - $900 (includes board) 5 to 6 days a week
Legging up - $600 (includes board) 3 to 4 days a week
Supplements and shavings to be supplied by owner.
Consignment - Full training fees for the 1st month, plans constructed with owner after 30 days.
